What I'm Up to These Days
Diane Bendoraitis and I got married in January of 2006. We're now living in Brooklyn in our new brownstone, which we're renovating. Much excitement!
I graduated from The University of Texas School of Law in 2005; I was sworn in to the New York bar on May 17, 2006. I work for a Big Law Firm across the river.
When I used to think more about academic legal topics, my research interests included policy approaches to the problem of worms and viruses, intellectual property issues in open source software, and the interaction between intellectual property and product interoperability.
I worked my first summer for EPIC, and the following spring Opposing the SDMCA.
